Chris Page is extremely easy to work with, and handles groups easily and well. We have come up with a non-standard format (including mat with calligraphy & names) that we like very much, thanks to his suggestions. And when I miscalculated the number of photos that I need for our closing ceremony, he made sure that I got them in time!
